Complications with delivery may prove to be dangerous or even fatal to your beloved pet. Expense associated with an emergency caesarian or other veterinary intervention may be in excess of $1000.
Q: Is it better for my dog to have one litter before being spayed?
A: No. Spaying before the first heat is most desirable to virtually eliminate the risk of breast cancer.
